In the end, cooling water absorb odor can be discharged from bottom of outlet pipe(already reaching to National standards),and part of it may dissolve in water, or enter into air pump inlet through upper of deodorizer because of having no time to be absorbed by water.
The vacuum degree in odor pipe and deodorizer is produced as below: part of odor is water steam, water steam changes into condensed water via cooling water, then the volume will be reduced over many times, one part of condensed water (including air, odor and little water steam) will be taken out by air pump, so produces vacuum degree in pipeline.
The odor can be divided into two parts when enter into deodorizer: one part odor with low temperature can be connected into steam plant,press and two screw conveyor before and after the cooker; The other part odor with high temperature comes from dryer, waste gas treated by concentrator, come into deodorizer. When concentrator is not in work, it can enter into deodorizer directly.
There is equipped with water removing plant near air pump inlet, this is a rolling cylinder, after air flow knocking with bottom, the water drop can fall in bottom, and discharged from bottom of water outlet pipe, air can enter into fan, discharge into air through chimney in the effect of centrifugal force, then the odor can reach effluent standard.
