Environmental protection system(odor abasement)
 The whole process is under a closed system. The malodors from cooker, press, drier are transported to a deodorizer. The soluble odors are dissolved in the cooling water and the dissoluble ones passed to a boiler then exhausted to the open air.
Evaporators for stickwater are very important, because they recover dry matter that will increase the yield of meal by 20% or more, depending upon the freshness and nature of the raw material. Furthermore, they eliminate a serious pollution problem that today appears unacceptable, particularly in the vicinity of densely populated areas.
