Capability and purposeCooker is one of the basic equipments for pressed fish meal production line, which is used for cooking raw fish, separating fish meat and fish bone and completely breaking fat cells in order to meet the next pressing procedure. The cooker in our factory has a hollow spiral sheet structure, which enlarges heat-transmitting area in a limited area and improves heating transmitting efficiency.
1.It is used in aquaculture processing department widely for its good flexibility such as cooking fish body, fish bowel, fish head and skin or fish steak to produce fish meal also, it is used for cooking the waste from poultry processing factory to produce bore and meat power. The size of raw material is limited to 50mm×60mm×200mm.
2. It is special for fishmeal flow-line production with its great adjustable producing capacity extension, less unit steam consumption and continuous automatization.
3.It can works in an airtight condition because after collecting the wastewater and air by a special pipeline, it is harmless for the environment.
