Capability and purpose

     Dryer is one of the key equipment in the pressed fishmeal production. The pressed cake is heated by pipe plate when going to the dryer. With the power of the guarding plate, stirring plate and pushing plate, it turns over again and again and goes forward, after being dried, the high quality fish meal is produced both good in color and smell. Pipe plate dryer can save energy with high efficiency. It has some characteristics as follows:
1. It is widely used such as aquatic product, feedstuff and vintage. Also it can dry different raw material such as fishmeal, lees, beer less and meat &bone meal.
2. It works continuously with low unit energy consumption and high producing capacity, in this way; it is special for flowing line work.
3. The whole drying process is in the condition of obturation and minus pressure. There is a separate pipeline leading wastage from dryer to the concentrating system, then it is discharged after be deodorized with pollution.
4. It has a responsible design of steam and condensate pipeline. The steam is highly used and it dries material well.
